Talk at DAZ-Glashaus: 08.05.2019, 7 pm
Christian Stiller, a BDA architect based in Frankfurt, has earned a reputation in recent years as a specialist in in the renovation of historic buildings. His projects testify to a deep understanding of place, material, and craft. And no wonder, either – for stiller, it’s always been about the architecture itself, not establishing a brand.

On 8 May, the DAZ-Glashaus welcomes him for a conversation about his work with Elina Potratz (Editor, der architekt). Afterwards, the current issue of der architekt will be presented, followed by a discussion between Nico Grunze and David Kasparek (both authors in the current issue) on the tradition, possibilities, and limitations of serial construction, using East German housing developments as an example.
